In 1977, Cr. Héctor Defféminis established the Firm in order to provide advisory and audit services in the field of management consulting.
In 1987, the Firm was appointed as member firm of BDO International in Uruguay.
Currently, the Firm provides consulting, tax and outsourcing services through BDO Consulting Ltda., and audit services through BDO Auditores y Consultores S.R.L.
