Cinthia is in charge of Human Capital department at BDO since 2013. Se has extensive experience regarding human resources consulting, diagnosis, analysis and implementation.
She teaches Human Resources at ORT University since 2011, where she also perfomed as Academic Consultant from 2013 till 2016.
She obtained a degree in International Studies at ORT University in 2010, a Postgraduate Specialization in Management and Human Resources at ORT University in 2010 and a Master degree in Direction of Human Resources.
